Our family relocated to Salt Spring Island after spending a transformative year in Peru. We’ve been here since 2018, building our home and integrating into the community. It is hard to praise Heidi sufficiently, either as a careful agent for buyers, someone who seems to know the best contractors, or simply as a networker between newbies. She gave us some very clear advice as to what was possible and managed to navigate us to a solution that met our dreams and our pocket – and was something we hadn’t considered. She suggested the most wonderful island contractors and then introduced us to some new neighbours. Simply a wonderful person.

Heidi’s architecture background enabled her to accurately identify pluses and minuses of properties we considered. She was very detail-oriented and shared technical information (about wells, variations, zoning, etc) that helped us make our decision. Because she was super-organized, we had an accepted offer 48 hours after arriving on the Island. And she didn’t forget about us after the sale; she followed up with lots of information that made taking possession much easier.
